Kinsman

Kinsman is a cocktail bar that pays homage to Hong Kong's rich heritage and traditions through the use of Cantonese and Chinese spirits. The bar, a collaboration between Singular Concepts and Gavin Yeung, Tatler's Senior Dining Editor, has a stylish nostalgic interior inspired by the film "In the Mood for Love".

Along with creative cocktails such as Rednaxela, Kowloon Dairy and Starling Spritz, guests can enjoy dishes and snacks that are contemporary reflections of childhood favourites.
