    Modern bistro Enchanté in Tsim Sha Tsui is set in a luxurious, atmospheric cave-like space.     This Art Nouveau-inspired cocktail lounge at Tai Kwun was designed by Australian interior designer Ashley Sutton, of The Iron Fairies fame. The menu boasts similarly bohemian-themed cocktails, such as the smoky, piquant Pineapple Express and the baijiu-based Utopia, as well as a wide selection of whiskies and gins, and a curated wine list. Pair your drink with small plates, such as prosciutto crostini or parmesan garlic fries.
