Since 2009, Ebisoba Ichigen has been tantalising tastebuds with its signature ramen with a rich shrimp soup base. This Art Nouveau-inspired cocktail lounge at Tai Kwun was designed by Australian interior designer Ashley Sutton, of The Iron Fairies fame.
