    Rebooking and refunds

    The cross-boundary coach I booked, which was suspended previously, has resumed operation. Since coach tickets are cannot be rebooked or changed 2 hours before scheduled departure, what can I do?

    You can standby for the cross-boundary coach on the original departure day, as seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis. If you would like to reschedule for another departure day, please apply for an involuntary refund and purchase a new coach ticket.
