How do I claim missing non-flight Asia Miles?

To claim missing Asia Miles from our partners, sign-in to your account, visit "Miles & Points" under "Your account", and click “Manage your miles” and “Claim other miles” to download and complete the Missing miles request form. Missing mileage must be claimed within six months of the transaction date. You should be able to see the mileage on your statement profile within six to eight weeks if your non-flight activity is eligible to earn miles.
