We have received a large increase in refund requests as a result of the coronavirus outbreak. Whilst we will do everything we can to process your refund quickly, this process may take longer than normal. We apologise for any delays and thank you for your patience during this busy period.
Please complete this form to request a refund for tickets purchased directly from the Cathay Pacific website or mobile app. Note that your booking must be cancelled before you request a ticket refund.
If you purchased your tickets through a travel agent, please contact your travel agent to request a refund.
