How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account through our website or mobile apps. However, please note that deleting your account is an irreversible action. Once your account is deleted, you won't be able to access your account, retrieve your miles and points, or enjoy any of your benefits and credited rewards.

To cancel your account:

1. Visit the “Delete Account” page
2. Log in to your Cathay account
3. Follow the steps to review your account details and complete the cancellation process.

 Mobile apps:

1. Log in to your Cathay account
2. Tap “Settings” and select “Delete account”
3. Follow the steps to review your account details and complete the cancellation process.
