To earn miles, you must input your correct Cathay Pacific's Cathay Membership number in the designated field of the checkout page when booking on the website and complete the rental service to enjoy TWD30 = 1 Mile. If you fail to enter or enter the incorrect Cathay Pacific's Cathay Membership number before checkout, you will not be able to log in or modify it later.
2. Each user can only link one Cathay Pacific's Cathay Membership account. Asia Miles will be credited to the member's account within 6 to 8 weeks after completing the returning the vehicle at the end of the triprental. If you failure to enter a valid membership account number or using use a different phone mobile number, you will result in the inabilitynot be able to retroactively log in add or modify the account information later.
3. Rentals must be paid with a credit card, debit card or LINE pay. Eligibility for earning miles is only applicable after the completion of the rental.
4. Mileage credits are based on the actual payment amount, excluding the following expenses: overtime charge, staff scheduling fee, administration fee, mileage fee, cleaning fee, and operating loss. The mileage amount is subject to the calculation provided by JoinMe.
5. Reservations can be modified using the online change function. To ensure your mile-earning rights, any price change from the original order amount or cancelled booking will not earn any miles.
6. Booking the Airport Shuttle Service is not applicable to earning miles yet.
7. Reservation Processprocess: Visit the JoinMe official website → Book now → Choose date and time → Input pickup and return drop-off address → Enter Cathay membership number → Complete payment.
