Request a ticket refund

This is an internal refund form designed for CCD to submit refund requests.

Only below tickets are allowed to submit through this form: - tickets purchased through Cathay Pacific websites/mobile app and CCD - full redemption tickets

Please be reminded to input remarks and cancel PNR before submit refund details.

 

For itinerary involved Israel, customers may cancel within 14days of the transaction date but no less than 7 business days before the departure date of the first flight on the itinerary. Cancellation fee is equal to 5% of the ticket’s price or NIS100, whichever is lower.
