This is an internal refund form designed for CCD to submit refund requests.

Only below tickets are allowed to submit through this form:
- tickets purchased through Cathay Pacific websites/mobile app and CCD
- full redemption tickets

Please be reminded to input remarks and cancel PNR before submit refund details.
