When will I receive the Asia Miles?

Miles earned from completing wellness activities will be credited to your Cathay account within 14 business days from the date of completion. If your Asia Miles are still not received after 14 business days, please send us an email at wellness-support@cathaypacific.com with the following details:

  • Name
  • Membership no.
  • Total miles missing
  • Date(s) miles were earned
  • Relevant details or description
  • If your wellness journey is elevated (I.e. are you policy insured on a Cigna Cathay medical insurance product)
  • Any relevant screenshots (Optional)
