What happens when I do not see the Wi-Fi home page?

If the Wi-Fi home page is not automatically displayed on your device’s browser, type ‘wifi.cathaypacific.com’ into your browser’s address bar and select enter. The Wi-Fi home page will then be displayed in your device’s browser.

Please note that Wi-Fi is available shortly after take-off, and there may be areas of outage due to government regulations or a lack of coverage. More information can be found in your seatback pocket.
