    How do I make an insurance claim for Zurich general insurance products?

    If you purchased the insurance through Cathay Shop , please submit your insurance claim application and provide the required documents to Zurich via their "e-Claims " within 30 days after the incident.

    If you purchased the insurance through designated Zurich Insurance website, simply visit Zurich Insurance's claim page and select the type of insurance plan you would like to claim. You will find the step-by-step instructions and all the necessary forms to initiate your claim process.
