    If I am missing miles related to my insurance purchase what should I do?

    If 6-8 weeks has passed since the cool-off period of your policy ended, you are the policy holder of the policy, and you are still missing miles related to your insurance purchase, please email wellness-support@cathaypacific.com  with the following details:

    • Asia Miles First Name:
    • Asia Miles Second Name:
    • Product/policy name:
    • Premium paid:
    • Policy Number:
    • Policy Holder Last Name (name as it appears on policy details):
    • Policy Holder First Name (name as it appears on policy details):

    Your case will be processed and you will be updated on the status of your request within 14 working days of sending it. Any miles correctly claimed may take 6-8 weeks to be credited to your account.
