If you request a refund for tickets purchased directly from the Cathay Pacific website/mobile app, or use your miles to redeem, please complete this form. Note that your booking must be cancelled before you request a ticket refund.
If you purchased our tickets through a travel agent, please contact your travel agent to request a refund.
If you use miles to upgrade your tickets or for other enquiries, please contact Customer Care.
