Business Plus Programme Bonus Miles and Bonus Business Status Points Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. The Business Plus Programme (“Business Plus”) Bonus Miles and Bonus Business Status Points Campaign (“Campaign”) is provided by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“Cathay Pacific”).

2. The Campaign is open for participation only to all current Verified Business Plus Members(as defined below)registered inthe UKwho have a UKbusiness address(“Eligible Participants”), and who have carried out an Eligible Transaction (as defined below)during the campaign period of 7December 2023 to 31 December 2023(the “Campaign Period”).

3. “Verified Business Plus Members”means members of Business Plus who have completed their profile by submitting all required additional company information within the ‘profile’ section of the Business Plus portal, and such information has been verified and approved by Cathay Pacific.

4. An “Eligible Transaction” refers to the purchase and usage of air travel tickets from Cathay Pacific that satisfies the following criteria: a) the tickets are for round-trip travel from the UKto Hong Kong or through Hong Kong to other onward destinations;

b) the tickets are purchased during the Campaign Period;

c) the date of travel on the tickets to fall on or before 31 March 2024; and

d) the flights must be marketed andoperated by Cathay Pacific.

5. Each Eligible Participantthat has completedan Eligible Transaction shall be eligible to receive the same number of Asia Miles and Business Status Points earned on the Eligible Transaction as bonus Asia Miles and bonus Business Status Points (“Bonus Miles & Points”) in addition to the Asia Miles and Business Status Points earned on the Eligible Transaction in accordance with the Business Plus Terms and Conditions.

6. Eligible Participants must ensure that their Business Plus membership account number is entered in the flight booking correctly at the time it is made, in order to be eligible to participate in the Campaign.

7. Any Business Plus membership sign-ups after the Campaign Period will be disregarded for the purposes of this Campaign.

8. Bonus Miles &Points will be awarded automatically into the member’s Business Plus account within 6 weeks after the completion of travel.

9. Cathay Pacific reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify this Campaign in whole or in part. Cathay Pacific may amend any of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Your continued participation in this Campaign will indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments or modifications to these terms and conditions.

10. The Business Plus Terms and Conditions apply. Eligible Participants must comply with the Business Plus Terms and Conditions at all times. Failure to comply will disqualify the Eligible Participant from participating in this Campaign and receiving any Bonus Miles & Pointsnotwithstanding that the Eligible Participant has completed the Eligible Transaction during the Campaign Period.

11. Other Cathay Pacific terms and conditions apply.

12. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific shall be final.

13. These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

14. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions and this Campaign that cannot be resolved between Cathay Pacific and a participant, shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
