Roast CCx

Terrai – Neo-Telangana Kitchen & Bar

泰倫加納邦的美食長期被安得拉邦料理蓋過風頭,但2014年獨立建邦後,總算鋒芒初露,展現獨特風味。Terrai 貫徹泰倫加納的作風,以新派手法詮釋香料豐富的本土料理,叫人欲罷不能。菜單主打小米料理,佐以本地肉類和時令農產品,亮點包括鮮味濃郁的鄉村雞湯、酸辣惹味的街頭小吃bhel,以及與neer dosa薄煎餅堪稱絕配的naati咖哩雞。Terrāi向本地農民採購新鮮有機食材,致力將區內的豐饒物產轉化成前衛又不失正宗的飲食文化。
