System maintenance will temporarily affect mid-status benefits and bookable upgrades

From 1.00am to 7.00am HKT (GMT+8) on 26 June 2025, we'll be performing system maintenance on our member rewards system. During this period, the following functions will be temporarily unavailable:
- Viewing credited rewards, such as lounge passes and bookable upgrades in your account
- Claiming bookable upgrades and mid-status/Cathay co-branded card lounge passes
- Claiming your Gold companion card
If you plan to use bookable upgrades, mid-status lounge passes or Cathay co-branded card lounge passes during this time, make sure to claim them ahead of time.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused as we continue improving our digital offering.
Note: Lounge passes with QR codes from Cathay co-branded cards and Business Plus will continue to be accepted during the system maintenance period.
