If you are a Cathay member, you’ll be able to view your order status on “My orders” after signing in. If you check out as a guest, you’ll receive the order status only when your product is dispatched.
If your home delivery orders have been dispatched, the delivery dispatch or arrival date will be displayed.
Please note that your order status will be reflected in the system within 24-48 hours after being updated by our delivery partner(s).
