Taipei TORIKI
Taipei TORIKI is the only overseas branch of the Michelin-starred yakitori restaurant in Japan and abides to the founder’s insistence on quality ingredients.
To perfect the grilling of the yakitori, the chef uses a hand-held fan to control the heat of the charcoal fire, so that diners can enjoy the unique taste of each piece of chicken. Barbecue sauce and salad dressings are flown in from Japan, and the founder, chef Yasuhito Sakai, regularly visits to oversee operations and present special culinary experiences.
