Wanting to apply what he saw and learned overseas for his guests to enjoy, he insists on using hand-made methods and natural ingredients to prepare delicious meals that satisfy and provide peace of mind.
In this “salmon bed” tucked away in Taichung’s Teachers Village, the chef quietly incorporates his culinary ideas and attitudes to life, blending traditional and French cooking techniques to produce creative dishes for all who visit. While seating is limited, diners can expect food of the highest quality.
