1. MoneyBack/Cathay members can convert MoneyBack Points to Asia Miles via this link [here]. The Asia Miles will be credited to your account within 28 working days.

3. To convert MoneyBack Points into Asia Miles, the regular initial conversion amount is 1,500 MoneyBack Points for 300 Asia Miles.
4. To convert Asia Miles into MoneyBack Points, the regular initial conversion amount is 2,000 Asia Miles for 4,250 MoneyBack Points.
5. The MoneyBack points/ Asia Miles conversion service is currently only available to members who have linked their “MoneyBack” App account and Cathay membership account. (Due to a system upgrade, account linking services will be suspended from now until February 28, 2026. Customers can still convert points between their already linked “MoneyBack” and Cathay membership accounts.)
6. A maximum of 30,000 MoneyBack Points in total can be converted to 6,000 Asia Miles each month.
7. A maximum of 30,000 Asia Miles can be converted to 63,750 MoneyBack Points each day.
8. MoneyBack Points / Asia Miles conversion transaction will appear on your MoneyBack / Cathay membership account upon completion of each transaction.
9. The conversion from MoneyBack points to Asia Miles takes time to proceed. The Asia Miles will be credited to your account within 28 working days. If there are not sufficient MoneyBack points in member account, MoneyBack will not proceed the Asia Miles conversion.
10. All transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-reversible. Members should contact the Moneyback’s customer services at 21872277 to cancel lost cards.
11. MoneyBack and Asia Miles Limited are not liable for any loss of MoneyBack Points or Asia Miles resulted from the loss of MoneyBack/ Cathay membership cards.
