1. Please fill in your Asia Miles by Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership in the payment page. The miles will not be accumulated, and the order will not be cancelled by request if the membership number is not provided during the payment.
2. Please complete the member registration and identification documents upload through Mofun’s rental platform to reduce the time needed for pick-up on the day of rental.
3. Please reserve the vehicles on Mofun’s website. The exact rental duration is calculated from the pick-up time on the day of rental.
4. The walk-in renting is available in physical store and eligible to accumulate miles.
5. Mofun adopts a 24-hour rental system. For example, if the pick-up time is 11:00 on 1 January, the vehicle must be returned by 11:00 on 2 January. Late returns will incur an additional charge of TWD110 per hour at the time of return, and any period exceeding four hours will be counted as a full day's rental.
6. Foreign travellers without a Taiwanese driving licence should contact Mofun by phone before booking to confirm reciprocal use of their international driving permit in Taiwan by the Directorate General of Highways.
7. All vehicles are covered by compulsory insurance. In addition, there is an option online to purchase passenger safety insurance offered by a Mofun insurance partner.
8. When returning a vehicle, it is advised to check it and take photos or videos to avoid subsequent disputes. Customers should take good care of the vehicle and return it undamaged. If the vehicle is confirmed damaged or destroyed, Mofun will claim accordingly.
9. Customers must bring their driving licence and ID to pick up their vehicle and while driving.
10. Asia Miles will be credited to the member's account 10 to 12 weeks after completing the rental. Miles will not be credited if a booking is cancelled.
11. In the case of any dispute, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Mofun reserve the right to a final decision.
