Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang

1. Asia Miles earning is only applicable on the date of purchase. Any late application after the date of purchase will not be accepted for the purpose of earning Asia Miles.
2. Consumption tax is not eligible for earning miles. 
3. Asia Miles cannot be earned in conjunction with gift on purchase or any other promotional offer.
4. Any invalid, cancelled, returned and exchanged items are not eligible for miles earning.
5. Cathay members can expect to receive their redeemed Asia Miles within 7 – 14 working days upon successful validation of their submission. 
6. All transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-reversible and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
7. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang shall be final. 
8. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang reserve the right to alter or terminate the promotion and amend the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. 
9. Other Asia Miles and Cathay membership terms and conditions apply. 
10. Customers are required to provide their personal data (Full Name, Cathay membership number, Contact, etc.) for verification and validation purpose during the redemption, and by doing so, the customer shall consent to the Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA management‘s privacy policy in writing or otherwise.
11. Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang reserves the right to request for proof of purchase for verification purposes. 
12. Redemption is only valid on the same day and date of the purchase(s) made at Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang. 
13. The original receipt(s) of purchase must be presented as proof of purchase.
14. All receipts submitted by the eligible customers must be stamped by Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang to be valid for use for the redemption.
15. Reprinted or duplicated receipts will be deemed void and not eligible for redemption.
16. Receipt(s) with the word “Redeemed” stamped or any other remarks indicated will be deemed void and not eligible for redemption.
17. Handwritten receipt(s) or receipt(s) without the company’s logo/stamp are not eligible for redemption.
