Since its opening in Hokkaido in 2009 by Naoki Hayashi, renowned Japanese ramen brand Ebisoba Ichigen has been mesmerizing the taste buds of local and foreign food connoisseurs alike with its rich and delicious shrimp soup base. In just a few years, Ebisoba Ichigen has received numerous endorsements from Japanese celebrities and expanded its footprint to multiple cities outside of Japan (Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan China and Indonesia).

As well as the original Signature Ebisoba, there are also spicy miso, Japanese tomato and thick noodle versions, all of which can be tailored to your taste.
