    I'm not receiving the verification code during checkout. What should I do?

    If you have not received the verification code on your mobile device, please follow the steps below:

    1. Check your mobile network connection to ensure it’s stable and active.
    2. Check both your SMS inbox and spam folder.
    3. Disable any Do-Not-Disturb (DND) mode that may be active on your device.
    4. Verify that the mobile number registered is accurate and up to date. To edit your mobile phone, go to Account Overview, click “Profile”, and then click “Edit mobile phone number”.
    5. Click ‘Resend SMS’ on the Verify Payment page to request another verification code.
