How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, you can submit your cancellation request by contacting us. If you are using Cathay Pacific or Cathay app, after login, you can go to “Settings” and click “Delete account”. Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation process.

Please note any outstanding Status Points /miles/sectors and any unused benefit entitlements in the account will be cancelled at the same time.

Under normal circumstances, we will complete the verification and processing of your account termination within 15 working days after verifying your identity.
