Add your membership number to secure your membership Benefits

As part of our on-going commitment to protecting our members and ensuring you receive all the benefits and recognition that you are entitled to, we have further strengthened our verification arrangements when managing bookings online.

To enjoy your Cathay membership benefits and promotions, such as 24-hour free cancellation on selected flights* as well as priority online check-in up to 48 hours in advance, please ensure your Cathay membership number is added during the booking process.

For Cathay Green members without prior travel history in Cathay account, as well as members of our oneworld airline partners or other frequent flyer programmes, please ensure your membership number is provided during the booking process. If your membership number is not provided at the time of booking and you wish to add it later, 

• For bookings made through travel agents: you may reach out to your travel agent for assistance
• All passengers (including those who booked via Cathay Pacific's official channels or through a travel agent): Please visit our airport self‑service check‑in kiosk or airport team will also be able to assist, where a quick in‑person verification will be required to ensure your status and benefits are applied correctly. 

We also highly recommend you regularly verify that your email address, mobile phone number and passport/travel document(s) in your membership profile are accurate and up to date.  With a fully completed and accurate profile, it can help us provide you a more secure, seamless and worry-free travel experience.
