    1. How to Book
      • Step 1: Make a reservation at least 3 days before your service date (excluding the day of service). A minimum of 2 pieces of luggage per order is required.
      • Step 2: You will receive a booking confirmation email.
      • Step 3: Drop off your luggage.
      • Step 4: You’ll receive an email notification once your luggage arrives at the hotel or airport.
    2. Service Routes & Delivery Time
      • We offer three types of routes:
           Airport → Hotel / Airbnb
           Hotel /  Airbnb   → Hotel / Airbnb
           Hotel /  Airbnb   → Airport
      • Delivery Timing
        • Luggage Drop-off Time
            Hotel: Before 11:00 AM
            Airbnb: Choose from the following time slots: 09:00–10:00 / 09:30–10:30 / 10:00–11:00
            Airport: Before 6:00 PM
        • Luggage Delivery Time
            Airport: Same day between 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
            Hotel / Airbnb: By 9:00 PM on the same day
    3. Airbnb Delivery Rules
      • Send-out: Please meet the driver on the roadside outside your Airbnb during your selected time slot
      • Pick-up: Any door lock code must be provided by 13:00 on the service day. Face-to-face delivery is not available for Airbnbs.
      • Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the order being cancelled without a refund.
    4. Luggage insurance
      • Each piece of luggage is insured for up to USD1,000, covering costs related to luggage delay, loss and damage (excluding handles and wheels). Accommodation fees and flight tickets are excluded.
    5. Delay Handling & Refund Policy
      • Delay Handling: If luggage delivery is delayed, it will be shipped to the designated address via FedEx or DHL at no extra cost.
      • Refund policy:
          Cancellation at least 72 hours before service: Full refund
          Cancellation within 72 hours: No refund
    6. Order modification & overtime handling
      • Order Modification: Changes can be made to orders at least 72 hours before the service date. No refund if changes cannot be accommodated after the deadline.
      • Overtime handling policy:
          Collection: The driver will wait for 30 minutes for free; thereafter, if the customer cannot be contacted, the order may be cancelled without a refund.
          Delivery: The first 30 minutes’ waiting time is free; thereafter, a charge of USD10 per 15 minutes will apply.
    1. Please click the designated LuggAgent Asia Miles web page to make your booking. Your purchase is eligible for miles earning after you have completed the trip or experience. 
    2. Enter your valid Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership number at checkout and complete your payment in order to earn miles. If the membership number is not entered before checkout or entered incorrectly at the time of booking, retroactive registration or modification will not be allowed.
    3. Do not use incognito mode, clear cookies or change browsers while booking on the designated LuggAgent Asia Miles web page.

    5. Asia Miles will be credited to your Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership account by the end of the following month of each completed trip or experience. You will not be able to earn miles for any cancelled booking.
    6. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and LuggAgent reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.  
    7. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and LuggAgent will be final.
