    How to link your Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership to your OpenRice account

    If you haven’t already, download OpenRice from the App store or Google Play and create an OpenRice account. You can then link it with your Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership account in five simple steps:  

    Step 1: Tap “Me” in the bottom right corner of the app to view your profile.

    Step 2: Select “Other Points” to connect your Asia Miles account. 

    Step 3: Tap “Asia Miles” to sync your miles rewards.

    Step 4: Enter the mobile number registered to your Asia Miles account and tap “Continue”.  

    Step 5: Create a password.

    Voila! Your accounts are now connected.  

    How to book a table on OpenRice

    Reserving a table using the OpenRice Table Booking feature takes just a few taps. Browse the app’s wide range of restaurants  and choose your desired restaurant, then select a date and time for your reservation.  

    After completing your booking, your Asia Miles earnings will be displayed on the confirmation page. The miles will be credited to your Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership account within seven days after you dine. 

    Curious to see how many miles you’ve accumulated? Simply tap “Points History” on your OpenRice profile page and watch your miles rewards grow with every bite.

    Earn even more rewards

    There are more ways to collect miles through your Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership and OpenRice membership accounts. When browsing restaurants on the OpenRice app, tap the “filters” button and select the “Card Linked Earn” options with the Cathay Pacific brushwing icon, then hit “Search now” to view our Card Linked Earn partner restaurants. 

    At these restaurants, you can earn extra miles using Card Linked Earn. Link any Mastercard or Visa credit card to your Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership account via the Asia Miles app, and you’ll automatically earn miles at a rate of HKD4 = 1 when you settle the bill. Alternatively, pay with your Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard® to earn HKD4 = 2.
