If you’d like to request a refund for tickets purchased directly from the Cathay Pacific website or mobile app, or if you have used your miles to redeem tickets, please complete this form. Note: your booking must be cancelled before you request a ticket refund.
If you have purchased tickets through a travel agent, please contact your travel agent to request a refund.
If you used miles to upgrade your tickets or for other enquiries, please contact Customer Care.
24-hour free cancellation
Cathay members who booked directly on our website or mobile app must cancel and request their refund through Manage Booking within 24 hours. Visit our 24-hour free cancellation page to learn more.
