GST Claim Form (for online bookings)

The Goods and Services Tax, Effective 1 July 2017
For travel originating ex-India, all passengers who have booked online via the Cathay Pacific website or mobile app, traveling for business and wish to claim the GST benefit for their travel will be required to fill up the GST claim form below within 24hrs of payment for the ticket.
For multiple passengers in the same booking, separate GST forms will need to be filled only for those passengers who need to claim the GST benefit.
Eligibility to gain GST benefit depends solely on the correctness of the data provided by the customer. The airline will not bear any responsibility to validate spellings / typos or any such errors for the purpose of invoice generation.
This form is only meant for bookings made online on the Cathay Pacific website or mobile app. If you have booked via a travel agent, please do not fill this form. You will need to share your GST details with your respective travel agent to avail of the GST benefit. If, in case, you still happen to fill this form, your GST details will not get captured and you will not be able to avail of the GST benefit.
