What is a codeshare flight, and will I earn Asia Miles when flying with one?

A codeshare flight is a flight marketed by one airline and operated by another airline. That flight generally carries flight numbers from both airlines. Certain codeshare flights are ineligible for the accrual of Asia Miles.
