How can I visit Cathay Shop in-store?

You’re welcome to place an order online as usual in advance, or purchase selected products at Cathay Shop – Cityplaza by using various payment methods.

A range of products is available for in-store pickup. An ‘Email (Pickup at Cathay Shop – Cityplaza)’ option will be shown highlighted on the product details page, or an ‘In-store pickup’ tag will be displayed on the product cards, if this option is available.

An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address if you’re a Cathay member, or to the provided email address if you’re checking out as a guest. You’ll also receive a separate email containing an e-voucher for product collection.
