1. This offer is only available for eligible bookings made through the Shilla Stay official website, mobile app, or reservation office. 2. To receive miles and discount benefits, the member must present their Cathay membership card (physical or digital) to the staff during check-in. The guest’s information (name) must match the Cathay member’s details at the time of verification.
3. If Cathay membership is not verified successfully, the Asia Miles and discount benefits will not be applied, and the room or package will be charged at the reservation price without any discount. These benefits cannot be applied retroactively once the check-out process is complete.
4. Members will earn 300 Asia Miles for each eligible night’s stay (e.g., a 2-night stay will earn (A)600 in total). Miles will not be awarded for any extra charges, including room service, additional guests or extra beds.
5. The 10% room or package discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other credit card discounts or promotions.
6. Only the Cathay member who stayed at the hotel is eligible to receive Asia Miles. The miles earned cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with other guests.
7. Asia Miles will be credited to the verified Cathay member’s account within 7 business days after check-out.
8. Shilla Stay reserves the right to change the details of this offer at any time.
9. In case of dispute, the decision of Shilla Stay shall be final.
