Kaika

Situated at The ONE, a prestigious mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kaika is a dining venue introduced to Hong Kong by the JC Group. Originating from Ginza Teppanyaki Kaika, Tokyo, run by the renowned Granada Group, Kaika is Hong Kong’s first and only teppanyaki restaurant hailing from its homeland of Japan.

Kaika offers an extensive choice of authentic teppanyaki, sushi and sashimi delicacies alongside mouth-watering appetizers, tempura, rice and noodle dishes, soup and desserts. Signature dishes include A5 Wagyu Tenderloin, Kinki Fish with Mizuna, Sake Baked Clams, and seafood teppanyaki such as Grilled Shrimp and Salt-roasted Fish with Sea Urchin and Roe.
