Founded in 2018, Imperial Patisserie continues the heritage of traditional pastries while innovating and evolving new variations. Combining craftsmanship with technology, it produces its award-winning pastries, including mooncakes, palmiers and the Hong Kong Story souvenir series, in its own factory in Hong Kong. Behind the brand is an expert culinary team led by the creator of The Peninsula Hotel’s custard mooncakes, Yip Wing-wah, and two-Michelin-star pastry chef Lai Wing-koon, who meticulously selected the quality ingredients used.
