    How we can help passengers with cognitive or developmental impairment

    Assistance for passengers with learning disabilities

    On board all Cathay Pacific flights, cabin crew strive to provide an exemplary level of service. However, they cannot attend passengers at all times.

    Passengers who require assistance to follow safety instructions must arrange for their own safety assistant to accompany them on their flight. Similarly passengers in need of continuous assistance or personal care must travel with their own personal care attendant.
