1. Only purchases made on the IMC Networks Hong Kong online store are eligible to earn Asia Miles.

2. For purchasing an eSIM, your eSIM will be sent to the email address you provided within an hour after successfully purchasing.

3. Before purchasing an eSIM, please ensure that your mobile device supports eSIM technology.

4. For purchasing an physical SIM, you could collect it from any vending machines operated by the group after purchasing on IMC Networks Hong Kong online store (please refer to the vending machine location section); OR choose the mailing option, the SIM card will be mailed to your address in about 2 business days. (Standard mail does not offer any tracking or inquiry services, buyer assumes all mailing risks).

5. Once the product is ordered, it cannot be returned or refunded. 

6. Asia Miles will be credited to the registered Cathay membership account 3-4 weeks after each successful transaction.

7. Asia Miles cannot be earned for cancelled, returned or refunded orders.

8. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and IMC Networks Limited reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.

9. In case of any dispute, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and IMC Networks Limited reserve the right of final decision.
