You can begin shopping at Cathay Shop by following these steps:
- Choose your language and product delivery location.
- Add your preferred items to the shopping cart.
- Review your shopping cart. Apply a promo code if you have any.
- Select "Guest checkout" or "Member checkout" to proceed to “Checkout page”. If you’ve already signed in with your Cathay account, you’ll be able to pay using a mix of miles and cash in your preferred ratio. Click "Checkout" to proceed.
- Enter or edit the delivery and contact details (if applicable). Please make sure to enter the required information correctly.
- Click "Confirm and pay" to proceed to the next page.
- If you check out with your Cathay account and your order involves miles payment, you’ll be redirected to the "Member verification" page. Input the one-time-password after receiving the verification code.
- If you check out with your Cathay account and your order does not involve miles payment, the "Member verification" page will be bypassed and you’ll be directed to the "Payment" page.
- If you check out as a guest, you’ll be directed to the "Payment" page.
- Once you land on the payment page, choose your payment method and enter your payment information.
- Upon successfully completing the transaction, you'll be redirected to the ‘Order summary’ page.
Please note: If the product is delivered via email or e-voucher, make sure you have correctly entered your email address. If you’re going to pick up your order at Cathay Shop – Cityplaza, the e-voucher will be sent to your registered email address for order collection.
