Ultimo aggiornamento: 12 Sep 2025 23:00 HKT (GMT+8)
Following a thorough assessment of the situation in Kathmandu and, out of an abundance of caution, Cathay Pacific is temporarily suspending all flights between Hong Kong and Kathmandu from Monday, 15 September until Tuesday, 30 September 2025.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation closely and aim to resume our services on Wednesday, 1 October 2025.
We’re proactively informing impacted customers of the option to rebook flights from 1 October 2025 onwards or to request a refund.
Our ticket waiver policy is in place to provide full flexibility and choice.
Despite our best efforts, alternative flights are limited at the moment, which makes rebooking very challenging.
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience this causes to our customers and their travel plans and we appreciate their understanding.
You have the option to change your flight
Contact your travel agent directly to organise changes.
The same flexible ticket conditions as listed above will apply. However, please call Customer Care to make your request to cancel, rebook or refund your booking.
