Typhoon Podul is affecting our flights to/from Kaohsiung, Taipei and Xiamen

As a result of Typhoon Podul approaching Kaohsiung, Taipei and Xiamen, a number of flights have been cancelled or delayed. All impacted customers have been notified and rebooked to alternative flights.
We are monitoring the path of the typhoon closely. As soon as any further schedule change decisions are made, we’ll notify affected customers and arrange alternative flights. Please check the status of your flight.
We ask all customers to please ensure their contact details are up to date in Manage Booking so we can get in touch with the latest information.
We recommend amending or deferring travel plans, if possible.
