    What should I do if an item is out-of-stock?

    If a product is currently not available and if you're not yet a Cathay member, please check back soon for updates on when the product will be restocked.

    If you're a Cathay member, you can sign in to your Cathay account and tap "Notify me when available" on the product details page to subscribeto back-in-stock email notifications. An email will be sent to your registered email address when the product is restocked.

    *Please note that the ‘Notify me’ function may not be applicable to all products due to stock availability or sales window limitations.

    After receiving a back-in-stock email, you may wish to visit the product details page to place an order. Item availability is subject to demand and restock is not guaranteed.

    If the product still shows as unavailable after you receive the back-in-stock email, it's likely resulted from a high demand where all restocked items have already sold out.
