Terms and conditions
1. Cathay members (“Members”) can only earn 30 Asia Miles by completing any of the following eligible services: Open, Private Coaching or Team INVIS classes (“Eligible Services”).
2. Certain classes and services (unless specified otherwise) are not eligible for earning Asia Miles. These include services for groups, organisations or companies; award service, prizes and donations; group and other special discounted services; artistic cycling performances; talk & lecture service; race & activity service; equipment rental; supernova cycling team; and unused or refunded services.
3. Welcome Offer of 100 Asia Miles applies to Members who make a new purchase of Eligible Services at the first time or once every six months (for calculation, the payment date shall prevail).
4. Members must ensure that their Cathay membership numbers and full name registered at the time of registration and before attending the class must match with the record in Cathay database to earn Asia Miles. Failure to comply, wrong or missing of information will result in forfeiture of the right to receive Asia Miles.
5. Asia Miles earned are limited to the Member who purchases and completes the Eligible Services. Transfer of Asia Miles to other parties will result in forfeiture of the right to receive miles.
6. Asia Miles cannot be earned in conjunction with gift-on-purchase or any other promotional offer.
7. Asia Miles will be credited to the Member’s Asia Miles membership account 6 to 8 weeks after completing the classes.
8. Asia Miles cannot be earned for cancelled, returned or refunded orders.
9. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and INVISHK Company Limited reserve the right to amend any of these terms and conditions.
10. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and INVISHK Company Limited.
