Shambhala in Sanskrit translates to “place of peace”, and that is exactly what you’ll find at the COMO Shambhala . This all-encompassing day spa and wellness centre offers more than 70 weekly classes – from yoga and Pilates to gyrotonics – as well as the latest science-backed treatments such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, contrast therapy and microbiome facials.
