How do my employees join Business Plus?

You can send an email invite via the portal to your employees asking them to connect as a Traveller on Business Plus. They must be a Cathay Pacific’s Cathay member before they can become a connected Traveller on Business Plus.

The Traveller must register within 14 days upon receiving the invitation. If they are not a Cathay Pacific’s Cathay member at the time of invitation, they can sign up prior to joining Business Plus. Once the Traveller has completed the Business Plus sign up, the Travel Manager and Travel Officer will then be able to see and manage the Travellers on the portal.
