- Cathay Pacific’s maintenance organisation is approved by the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department in accordance with HKAR-145 requirements and international standards. Our certifying engineers hold HKAR-66 licenses and are fully trained to ATA 104 Level 3. Additionally, we hold approvals from several other National Aviation Authorities.
