You can retrieve your password or membership number online if you have registered your email address in your membership profile. You can click “I forgot my password” or “I forgot my membership number” in the member sign-in area and follow the instructions. If you choose “I forgot my membership number”, an email will be sent to your registered email address after the process and you can get the Membership Number.
