Business Status Points and Asia Miles are awarded to your company based on your Travellers' already-flown flights. For each flown flight that is trackable by a correctly inserted Business Plus account number, a certain amount of Business Status Points and Asia Miles will be accrued in your company account. The number of Business Status Points and Asia Miles is determined by the sector, compartment, fare brand and fare class of each flight that your Travellers flew on.
The number of accrued Business Status Points of the company will determine the Business Status and corresponding rewards and benefits that your company will be able to enjoy. Business Status Points will reset to zero at the end of each contract membership year.
Asia Miles can be used to redeem for rewards or can be transferred to an individual Traveller's own Cathay account. Once used, your Asia Miles balance will reduce by the number of Asia Miles you have used to redeem or transfer. Asia Miles expire after 18 months, but can be extended as long as you have some activity in the account such as redeeming rewards or earning Asia Miles.
