1.  You must be a member of Wai Yuen Tong and Cathay in order to convert Wai Yuen Tong points into Asia Miles.
2. Conversions to Asia Miles must be in blocks of 20 Wai Yuen Tong points for minimum conversion and 1 Wai Yuen Tong point for subsequence conversion. Wai Yuen Tong points convert into Asia Miles is only applicable to Wai Yuen Tong members who earn points from 1 September 2018.
3. To convert Wai Yuen Tong member’s points into Asia Miles, the person registered with an account of Wai Yuen Tong and membership of Cathay must be the same person.
4. Only one Cathay membership number can be registered under each account with Wai Yuen Tong.
5. Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s Cathay membership account 6 to 8 weeks after the conversion request date.
6. The conversion of Wai Yuen Tong member’s points into Asia Miles is irrevocable, cancelled or refunded orders are not allowed. Cathay terms and conditions apply.
7. Asia Miles cannot be earned for cancelled or refunded orders.
8. Employees and family members of Wai Yuen Tong (Retail) Limited will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
9. Wai Yuen Tong assumes no responsibility for the Asia Miles converted from Wai Yuen Tong member’s points, or for the acts and losses of Cathay members.
10. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Wai Yuen Tong (Retail) Limited reserve the right to amend any of these term and conditions.
11. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Wai Yuen Tong (Retail) Limited.
