    What can I earn?

    Qualifying car rental services Worldwide (except US, Canada and Japan)

    1. Rentals provided by Europcar’s partners in Canada, Japan and the US are not eligible for earning miles.
    2.  Asia Miles may not be earned by tour operators or airline staff, and on certain contracts, trucks, award rentals, car replacements, long-term rentals, chauffeur services or certain specific negotiated rates
    3. Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s Cathay membership account 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of each eligible car rental.
    4. Members can claim missing miles for a Europcar rental by visiting the designated webpage.
    5. Retroactive miles can only be collected within six months of the rental.
