1. Asia Miles can be earned on all qualifying rentals at participating Budget locations from 1 June 2018 .
2. Members may book via the Budget website, email or contact the call centre in order to be eligible to earn Asia Miles.
3. To receive Asia Miles, members must provide a Cathay membership number at the time of booking or upon picking up the car and present their membership card when picking up the car.
4. Missing miles requests must be made within 180 days of the conclusion of each qualifying rental.
5. To claim missing miles, members will need to provide the original Car Rental Agreement. Please retain the copies until Asia Miles are credited to the member’s account.
6. Non-qualifying rentals worldwide include: contracted rates (corporate and/or government), travel industry discount wholesale tour packages (e.g. agent package), tour net rates, travel industry staff rates, replacement/insurance rates, selected association programmes, chauffeur-drive or van rentals and award rentals.
7. Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s account 12 weeks after the completion of a car rental.
